Yes Description: This walk to Uags Bothy from Toscaig on the Applecross peninsula is a rugged walk with spectacular views of Skye and other islands along the way. Much of the walk is off-path and on rough ground. As we walk, we will look for wildlife and discuss the geology which shapes this area. When we reach the bothy we will have lunch and a beachcomb at the bay at Uags. Participants must have good fitness, wear suitable outdoor boots, clothing and bring lunch. Distance is 8.5km/5.25 mi.
