Activity Name: Eagle walk Venue: Steall Start Date: 26/06/2019 at 1:00pm Dates: 21/08/2019 Must Book All Dates? Yes Description: Join the Countryside Ranger on a 5km walk to Steall to try and catch a glipse of the majestic golden eagles and other wildlife that call the glen home. We will pass the wire bridge and ruins of old shepherd's houses before returning back through the gorge with its woodland wildlife. Children over 10 only and all children must be accompanied by an adult who must also book a place on the walk. A good level of fitness and good walking footwear is required as due to the terrain as though we will be on paths, they can be slippery and muddy in places. Please bring a drink and a snack as well as waterproofs (just in case!). Booking is essential and meeting place will be given out after booking. Booking closes at 11am on the day of the walk.
